Beyond the cosmetic improvements, one of the home's greatest strengths is the extensive investment made in the systems and infrastructure, providing buyers with confidence and minimizing future maintenance. Additional improvements include a full plumbing repipe completed in 2026, HVAC system replaced in 2022, hot water heater replaced in 2021, washer, dryer, and dishwasher replaced in 2025, an Ecobee smart Wi-Fi thermostat, Yale smart lock with Airbnb integration, and a garage keypad for effortless owner and guest access. Nearly all linens, household essentials, and guest-ready items have also been recently refreshed, making ownership and guest turnover exceptionally easy. The attached private garage is a true rarity for beachside condominiums, offering secure parking along with valuable storage for surfboards, bicycles, golf carts, beach gear, and all your coastal essentials. Offered substantially furnished, with most furnishings, beach equipment, and household items included (subject to the final agreed-upon inclusion list), this residence is truly move-in ready and perfectly positioned for immediate enjoyment or continued rental success. Sea Winds is one of St. Augustine Beach's most desirable communities, offering a quiet, beautifully maintained, and family-friendly atmosphere with private gated beach access via a dedicated boardwalk, a community pool and hot tub, newly renovated tennis and pickleball courts, scenic lagoons, and lush landscaping that create a true resort-style setting. The HOA further enhances the low-maintenance lifestyle by covering internet, cable, exterior insurance, professional management, lawn and landscape maintenance, security gate and beach access maintenance, pool amenities, and trash service. Perfectly located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, you're just a short walk to the beach, Anastasia Plaza, Publix, First Watch, Starbucks, Bronx Pizza, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, while Historic Downtown St. Augustine is only minutes away. What truly sets this home apart is the effortless lifestyle it provides--spend your mornings on the beach, afternoons enjoying the community amenities, and evenings dining nearby, all while knowing the major improvements have already been completed. Rarely does a property combine an unbeatable location, thoughtful floor plan, extensive recent upgrades, an attached garage, resort-style amenities, turnkey convenience, and exceptional versatility for full-time living, a vacation retreat, or investment ownership into one complete package.
